The Wine Flyer

Project Goal

In celebration of the third anniversary of the British Airways Avios Flyer Programme, the client set out to elevate the digital experience by creating a more engaging and rewarding platform. As part of the campaign, users could collect 3,000 bonus Avios points when spending £100 on their favourite wines, spirits, and beers — bringing together the joy of fine selections and the benefits of loyal travel rewards.

The Wine Flyer, an exclusive club for British Airways Executive Club Members, offers a selection of the finest wines from around the world. In order to boost their products online, in 2022, they decided to improve their UX/UI, making wine shopping experience more enjoyable.

The website was designed to let users effortlessly shop bestselling wine cases while getting closer to their next holiday with Avios. The primary focus was on crafting a seamless, user-centric checkout journey that enhances convenience, clarity, and overall shopping satisfaction.
